By joining Fitness 16, you agree to the following membership plans:
2. Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be made via Safaricom M-Pesa only.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Memberships are non-transferable to other individuals.
3. Conduct & Rules
Members are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards staff and other members. Proper gym attire and footwear are required. Equipment must be handled with care and returned to its proper place after use. Failure to follow gym rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of membership.
4. Liability Limitation
Fitness 16 is not liable for any injuries sustained while using gym equipment or participating in classes. Members exercise at their own risk. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal property within the gym premises in Juja or Ruaka.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate an account or membership for violations of gym rules, non-payment, or behavior that compromises the safety and well-being of our community.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms or pricing at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active members via SMS or posted at the gym locations.
